Plug & Play Pickup ® System

It takes hours to install a pickup on a conventional guitar, but less than 5 seconds with the Plug & Play Pickup ® system.

To change pickup modules without taking the guitar off your shoulder, or turning the volume down:

1:press the sides of the module from top of the guitar.

2: Pull the module out from the back of the guitar.

3: Insert the new module from the back until it snaps into place.

The KAM Plug & Play Pickup (R) system is compatible with the vast majority of pickups. Standard distance between the mounting holes and overall pickup width of l.5 inch or less are the only compatibility requirements.

Single Coil, Hum-Bucker, Passive or Active pickups can be used. In case of active pickups, the battery is placed in the pickup module. The plugs are wired in such a way to allow coil tapping for hum-bucker pickups which include the "tap" wiring.
